I lived there for a year and it wasn't too bad. Maintance was pretty good about fixing problems after you reported like 5 times and for the most part I felt pretty safe there. On the bad side there is not alot of closet space. I moved after just getting married in a one bedroom apartment and had to fit my clothes, my husband's clothes, linen, coats, and towels into one small closet. That's one of the main reasons I left. They do have ants, but not alot of roaches. It's not too bad...but far from shopping centers and nearest gas station.
