I lived in Riverview for 2 years (2005-2007). The community is pretty quiet, clean & safe. I actually am thinking about moving back there. If you don't mind being 20 or so minutes away from the city, you're good. It's also convenient to the airport. Maintenance, for the most part, is responsive. The people in the office are responsive and take care of business as well. I lived on the bottom floor, so I did have a problem with ladybugs and some other bugs (summertime). Overall, Riverview is a wonderful place to stay.
