It looks on the outside but this apartment management staff is terrible.Every week there is someone different in management staff, the maintenance staff doesn't fix anything, something goes wrong every week while living here. There will always be some type of insect in your apartment, they don't abide by the lease and you will receive letters talking about you oew different fees. Never trust what the staff say becuase they will only be here a week!

I live in Eagles Creste and we have the same problem with staff/mgmnt somebody new ever week. I have been here for almost a year so glad my lease is up in July. Its a new guy that works in the leasing office at Eagles Creste named John a older handicapped guy I had to ask him what the F*** is your job are you a leasing agent or some kind of special case cause everytime I called the leasing office to ask a question or even when i went into the office he would always say " you have to wait on Melony the prop. manger" and I would ask simple questions like how much was my water bill, or could I get a print out of my payment history. All I ever see him doing is riding people on that golf cart to look at apts. I tell you one thing if you ever go to look at apts. and over half the compplex look vacant they are vacant for a reason not everybody is just moving out for fun b/c moving is no fun, but if you notice that RUN.... far as you can from that complex and don't look back. Not to say Eagles Creste was vacant when I moved in it was full , but people that has looked at the complex a few has come back maybe 2, but if im in the leasing office when people come to tour the community I tell them loudly " THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE". EAGLES CREST AND ROBINS CREST IS A HOTT HELL OF A MESS. MY BOYFRIEND IS AN EASTPOINT POLICE OFFICER AND HE TELLS ME ALL THE STORIES ABOUT THE BREAK INS AT ROBINS CRESTE THEY AVERAGE ABOUT 30 BREAK-INS A WEEK SO THATS 120 OR MORE IN A MONTH. JUST THINK WHEN YOU ARE AT WORK THE PEOPLE THAT JUST LOITER AROUND. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!DONT MOVE INTO ANY OF THE NUROCK PROPERTIES. I HAVE CALLED CORPORATE THAT WAS LIKE STANDING IN FRONT OF A BRICK WALL WITH A TELEPHONE TO MY EAR.
