Robins creste apartment community is not a place where one should want to live. There is a heavy turn over in staff for a reason. The upper management expects for its employees to try to get over on its residents of color and also those in certain income brackets. The After school "Breakout" program is a mess, and your children are not learning they are watching rated R movies and coloring all after noon. The swimming pool is not suppose to be open because it has not passed any recent inspections. There were several times I was told to accept a persons application fee just to get the 35 dollars then tell the client they were not approved when in fact they were. There are several mold issues in most if not all of the apartments and several problems with sewage backups into apartments. Documents are forged by people at the main office just so they can keep their tax credit standing. Robins Creste apartments and many other of Nurock property's are not in compliant. So yes there is adequate parking if that is your main concern then Robins Creste is the place for you. Depending on where in the property you live it is noisy. There is also a problem of doors getting kicked in and the maintenance not getting the proper support to fix the issues. Maintence is not the problem the management company is slow to order supplies for many of their more urban residences. When Robins creste was redone, the outside was redone but the pipes and everything else were not. They say that pets are not allowed but members of the management team that stay on property have pets. Thanks, so much for posting this about NuRock properties they are a total mess its not fit for a dead dog to live in. I live in Eagles Creste which is right down the street from Robins Creste, my car was stolen from Eagles Creste and the management couldn't say a word about it they didn't even care. Im so glad my lease is up in July , but Im moving out before July I can't do it anylonger everybody In the buildings around my building has moved out and moved on. No body over there works I think they are all welfare or section 8 recepients because I get up and go to work everyday and I don't see anybody else getting up to go anywhere but the Cheveron on the cornor. The maint. team is -------- they just work to get a paycheck they don't really fix anything cause my bathroom is still messed up. Before I moved in I had to clean that apartment myself that BS was not clean prior to move in we didn't do the walk through until about 2 weeks later after I moved in. I just hate that place. The Property Mgr. is taking all F*%@# month long to fax over my payment history to my new complex because she probably don't want me to move out cause when I say its at least 2 people leaving per week it 2 or 3. I paid my rent on time every month on the 1st. I bet if my rent was late she wouldn't have a problem getting paperwork together. PLEASE, TO ANYBODY THAT READ THIS DO NOT MOVE INTO EAGLES CRESTE OR ROBINS CREST OR A NUROCK PROPERTY EVER, EVER , EVER, EVER IN YOUR LIFE.

I work for the company. Everyone needs to call and report the mold, report the missing EPA requirements, report that seniors are living with no air and mold, unsafe playgrouds, the list goes on and on. How is this allowed to continue? between section 8 the tax credit agency, city code anyone help! The employees have random work rules and never have adequate resources to do thier jobs. That is the ones who come to work and actually try to get something done. we are few and far between. Don't move to a nu rock peoperty. i am sorry you have to deal with this. Don't sign a new lease!
