This review is for Eagles Creste which is a sister property to Robins Creste and just happen to be located right down the street. I have already replied to several review on Robins Creste, in which I replied about Robins Crestes' reviews speaking on Eagles Creste. The Breakout program is garbage I would never let my child go there. I have never even let my son go to the playground or the pool and I feel so bad about paying rent every month and my child has to suffer and can't enjoy the amenities, oh but wait til I move to my new complex brand spankin new I will be the very, very first one to have every lived there the pool and the playground is just out of site my rent will be higher ,but you pay for quality. In Eagles Creste my hallway bathroom has a foul odor, the garbage disposal is just that garbage it reeps of a foul odor, in my livingroom the ceiling sounds like chipmunks are in the roof i can hear a lot of rumbling I think something is going to come through the ceiling. My livingroom floor has an incline, the vent in my son's room is not positioned to blow out in the right direction so in the summer time it was hot as hell and in the winter it was cold. How bout my shower in the master bedroom had dried blood in it I has to disinfect that thing and I have never used it either. My fridge was unlevel i had to fix that myself. The closet space is terrible I still have clothes in a box cause I don't have enough space to hang them up. The lighting in the units are terrible they are to dim. I could go on and on about this apartment but hey anything on Washington Road or in Eastpoint is trash in my opinion. Did I mention my car was stolen from Eagles Creste and the leasing staff did not a thing but hey they will hear from me by "Law" once I am gone even though those staff members are gone the ones that were there when my car got stolen.

You forgot that the play grounds are actualy unsafe. At Robins Crest, the bottom of every slide is broken and there is a steal pole in the ground just waiting to impale someone. Take your child and run. I pulled mine off the play ground and offerred for them to play in the street...it was safer.

residents we really need to seek legal actions against this company. we can not continue to just accept the illegal things that they are doing. we have to stand up and do something about this the changing your rent amount in the middle of your lease.
