The management team stays for no longer than a month and maintenance they never respond.

I had a MAJOR leak in my apartment for 3 days!! It flooded my entire room, the walls, and my closet from upstairs bc their toliet overflowed and I couldn't get in touch with them until MONDAY when the leak happened Friday night!! The staff sucks, the plumbing is the pitts they sink was ALWAYS backed up and the damn garbage disposal didn't even work, and the gate is always open so whats the point'' They don't give a damn about you but you better make sure that rent is paid...

they'll answer about money!
