I am a current resident and I am seeking legal advise.

My apartment flooded and feces was coming down the hall up to my ankles.

I was advised by the city that they are trying everything they can to close this place down.

my children are getting sick and my face is breaking out and in the middle of me trying to get my problems solved they fired the Manager.

I was appaulled because she was the best Manager that they ever had.

She cared about the residents and tried to help.

On one occation I was struggling and I needed help she called up to her corporate office, they told her that she could except a partial payment for my rent and I still have a place.

But now I regret not moving.

My heat has not worked in 9 days and I found out that when they fired the manager the whole staff was upset and quit.

WOW!!! that says a lot about the kind of person she was.

but all in all do not move over here it looks good on theoutside but inside its literally killing me.
