I have been here going on 3 years and management is an all time low. My lease agreement was changed without my knowing and they have increased my rent when I was told initially that my price would not change. Honestly, maintenance has never really been good and painfully slow although you see them on the property everyday. It is located in a hot bed for crime. I have been car jacked, i have seen rims stolen, windows busted, vehicles stolen, one murder, and a few break ins. Listen, it is not worth the hassle or the time of day. The only good thing about the apartment itself is the space you get. That's all. Not enough good outweighs the bad here and you will invite yourself to a nightmare at Robins Creste. Don't get acquainted with management because shelf life is generally a few weeks to a month

You are totally right. That place is a dump and I am so glad I moved out of EastPoint its for the wild, I wouldn't even say for the dogs, its literally for the wild such as lion, tigers, and bears no human should have to endure whaty the residents of Robins Crest and Eagles Crest has endured. I lived in Eagles Crest for 1 year my car was stolen and no one cared when my lease was up I got the H#@! on quick. I wanted to break the lease and they were so hoping that I did so they could get me on some legal stuff, nahh. I stuck it out, but best to believe when it was up I was out of there. I totally love my new apts. the management is wonderful, the maintence team is great, they keep the grounds up the rent is higher, but its well worth paying for its a real gated community the gate is always closed, if the gate is broken from cars tailgating by close of business they have that gate fixed. Its wonderful. Get out of RC.
