All Of Nu-Rock Properties are DUMPS!!!!!!!

For some old reason, Nu-Rock, owners just don't care about there properties, they only care about getting there rent.
But the Crime is high in east point, and no matter how they build new homes or apartments in East Point, the area will always be bad, because they are sill letting the same people from the old hood rent here....
So same result as living in the ghetto, just with alittle more luxury, that's it.
All of NU-Rock, properties are not worth living in, because the Owners Sandi, and Marty, just doesn't care because they don't have to live there......
They have a high employment turnover, because they refuse to pay people medical insurance so there for they only keep them for about 3 to 6 months then they ship them to another property that's at it is LOW, which would be "Hidden Cove apartments" and then they fire them, because those apartments are really in bad condition!!!! So yeah, they have a plan, but one day Nu-Rock, will be sued once enough people notices how they due things in the office.......

anonymous is telling the absolute truth. You want to know about a property - visit it at night (especially the weekend) to see the truth! I recently moved into "Hidden Cove Apartments" and haven't been here a year yet. I had a hard time finding reviews prior to moving in because I didn't know the name of the management company. It is only July 18,2009 and I am already seeking legal advise for a potential civil lawsuit. If it isn't bad enough that they allow crime from their majority ruling non-working residents - management are also irresponsible, unproffessional, and habitual liars. We have a 'ghetto hot mess' out here where tenants shoot at one another, crackheads and pill poppers come by dope, where all day and night people sit out and watch everyone because they don't work (I see this because I work nine months each year and am off now)kids fist fight in the street and the adults watch the show, the "security" gate is broken so anyone comes in, the pool is too filthy to pass inspection, management don't relay work orders to maintenance (you gotta catch the right ones to get anything fixed - the fat light complexioned one is lazy) the mailboxes get broken into, they throw trash all over the side walks, management schemes to get money, and lie about fixing things for you in front of potential tenants to keep from alarming them. My apartment is 95 degrees F on average because my AC unit broke and they haven't fixed it! That is not acceptable. I need to know about Georgia landlord/tenant laws that protect tenants from slumlords and allow us to break leases under horrific cases before retaining an attorney (I want to either know I can win, or just cut my losses and leave anyway). They try to change the rent amount in the middle of the lease term too. I've lived in the PJ's before (housing projects) and even the management team there weren't that bad. They actually fixed things in a timely manner and evicted people who caused the police to enter the premises. This could be a good property if management stopped letting ignorant people who enjoy being stupid and don't want anything in life move here, and if they hired proffessional, qualified staff that gave a damn.

Your comments don't surprise me. Let me correct one point however: Marty is an employee of NuRock, not an owner. Robert and Sandy Hoskins are the owners. Your feelings don't surprise me. I am guessing you are of a minority race, black, Hispanic, or anything other than white retired folks. If you fall into the minority race, then forget about having your issues addressed by NuRock. The owners are racists and frequently refer to their mostly black properties as where the N-Word folks live. Their hiring practices are no different. How many black employees do they have in their top management level versus the percentage of black tenants that they rent their cheap apartment to? The answer is zero! Their goal is to make you feel welcome at first, give you a hug, while reaching in your pocket or purse and taking your money! They have gotten rich by doing this. You shouldn't trust them further than you could throw Robert Hoskins.

I filed a federal lawsuit against Nurock Management for discrimination against the disabled and handicapped. I filed this lawsuit with the United states Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the State of Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity, and the Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs. When they played games with me they played with the wrong person!

Trust and believe they don't just discriminate against the handicap its all shapes, color and races except their own COLOR! UROck has been ----IN people over for years why because people let them but like u just said they messin with the wrong one I feel the same way! This company will crash and burn before its all said and done. With complaints and evidence I have they don't stand a chance ;-)

I didn't realize that there was such a site like this, if I would have known about this I would have been here telling everyone about Nurock Properties. I don't even know where to begin!
They discriminate but then yet they turn around and rent to the exact people they discriminate against. Just pay your rent on time or else you are out the door. Money and greed corrupts people.
