I'm a resident here at Robins Creste and they tried to have my car towed because of an expired tag. Recently I came home from work and was sitting down eating dinner when there was a loud knock at the front door.My daughter went to the door when she saw some guy back his tow truck up to my car getting ready to tow it.She called for me and I went to the door and ask the guy what was up' He replied by saying that an police officer had called for him to come and tow my car because it had an expired tag.I came back in the house and called the front office and was told that this was the second time that my car had been tagged. I told her that my car had never been tagged nor did I know that they were towing cars. She then tells me to hold on but hung-up on me.My partner saw what was happening and went out side and ask the guy why was he trying to tow this car. And the guy side to him that he was doing what he was told to do. My partner then said to him if you tow it you going to do it with me in it. and he managed to get my car off the property.Then the tow truck guy tried to catch him but couldn't. I went to the front office where I spoke to the manager who then informed me that the police had been called. I said ok,soon EastPoint Police showed up. The tow truck guy and the manager tried to over talk me to the police but he ask who did the car belong too and I said me. Then he said tell me what happen. I told the officer, that I hadn't got my tag yet because my car had some issue that it couldn't pass emissions but I was having worked on Friday.But I was never informed nor received any letter pertaining to my expired tag.Because if I had known I would have addressed that issued.The officer told her that they can't tow people cars with out them being informed. He then told he that I had to remove my car off the property and I did. So all you folks that looking to move in comfort ya ain't gonna find it here. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO COME............
