Don't Be Fooled

Beautiful lofts, reasonably priced- Its a total trap.
Nothing will get fixed- ever, unless you threaten to call the health inspector, and thats only if its something they legally have to fix.
For Instance:
If your ac worked when you rented the place and it goes out- they will never fix it, per your lease they don't have to provide it. So even though you still cough up $1,100 in rent a month, just get used to sweating- because they know you cant afford an attourney to mitigate for you, so they don't have to do anything. Security is a joke- the gate is always opened anyways and so are the doors in the bldg.
Tenants I could care less about. Everything was pretty sound proof, and there typically was available parking. But dealing with an incompetant management, and never having anything fixed after they lied several times... I just cannot express how they ruined a year of my life because I didn;t have a home, just a very hot, sweaty space to store my stuff.
Avoid Aderhold managed communities in Atlanta including The Roosevelt. After moving into the Roosevelts I found an army of angry Aderhold tenants just wishing they had enough money to sue. I do too.
Once again, the big guys with all the money win, and we just get screwed.
