There is absolutely nothing positive about this place, other than it seems rather affordable and the building is beautiful. The management is an absolute joke. If something breaks and you need it fixed, be prepared for a long, stressful month of calling the management near everyday and having them lie to you over and over again about how "someone will be up today to fix it." When I first moved in, I noticed that almost every weekend someone seemed to be moving out. Then when I met other tenants, I quickly learned that they had just moved in and also were having the same problems as me. It was a hassle to move in there, a hassle to live there, and only a year later a hassle to move out. Good riddance! It probably seems impossible that a tenant could be so disastifed, but I am not exaggeratting, The Roosevelt is a horrible place to live, and its horrible that they take advantage of so many people. Avoid The Roosevelt Lofts!
