Years at this apartment: 1998-01-01 - 2006-01-01

No excuse to let such a beautiful historic building fall apart. Basic upkeep is neglected. The exterior of the building is rusting around all windows,roof leaks, broken main door locks, dingy walls in halls need to be painted and filthy floors have not been swept or mopped in three months.
Corporate Aderhold mgr., Polly, does not respond to any complaints or issues.
The location and unique layout and style of each unit keeps me here.
