I am a tenent and the manager of the property is not to be trusted. She will talk about you behind your back to other tenents and to her coworkers. I had just left her office and forgot to ask her one of the questions on my list. Upon returning, I was in the hallway close to the office and over-heard her talking about me to her co-worker. I even over-heard her talking about other co-workers to that co-worker. Be very carefull of her. She may smile and laugh with you, but make sure you ask her to pull the knife out of your back before you leave the office so you won't feel bad later.

If you are going to have the gall to publicly accuse someone of this kind of stuff, at least have the decency to come to the person and tell them to their face what you heard. Because if what you heard was even true (and I???m sure its not) then you should not be listening to others conversations anyway. You have to be at least 10 feet away from the office to not be seen, so how could you hear what was being said anyway. If it was about you and it was not a nice thing to say, I cannot see them screaming to be heard, which is what you would have to do. So stop humiliating people with no cause.

I am a tenant at the Roosevelt and I can assure that the manager should not be trusted. She???s a two-faced, incompetent, lying, deceiving individual. She has no knowledge on what it takes to manage a property, avoid the headache???.do not move to the Roosevelt.

Stop trying to fight everybody and do your job. People aren't interested in your lame excuses, your are a property manager. So do that, manage the property. The truth is coming out, one way or another about what goes on at the Roosevelt, save yourself, at least manage the property, work towards a change at least you'll have something good to say!
