THE PROPERTY HAS A LOT OF POTENTIAL, HOWEVER BE AWARE THAT MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. THERE'S ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE APARTMENTS, LEAKS, WATER IN THE WALLS, POOR PLUMBING ECT. REPAIRS TAKE FOREVER TO HAPPEN. YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY IF YOU MOVE IN THE ROOSEVELT! TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST. MANAGEMENT IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED, IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, GO UP THERE AND ASK ANYONE ON THE PROPERTY, MOST TENANTS ARE JUST WAITING FOR THEIR LEASE TO BE UP TO MOVE. LIVING AT THE ROOSEVELT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. BELIEVE ME IT'S NOT WORTH IT. MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS OR THEIR CONCERNS, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS RENT, EVEN IF YOUR ROOF LEAKS EVERYTIME IT RAINS. ALSO, MINORITIES ARE TREATED HORRIBLE. --FORMER TENANT

on-site manager was replaced 4 times in 2 years that i was there. this was so unfortunate because the first 2 people (manager and assistang manager) were really great. the last one that was in office when i left was an absolutely wretched, disrespectful, unfeeling, uncaring, self-righteous soulless b***h.
and allow me to clarify what the previous means by racist and minority.
management hates white people.
