So So

I must say the Roosevelt is a good place to live, i can say i liked it because a lot of artsy people live there. (Free lance artist, musicians, photographers, etc). But its changed now. I noticed there moving in a lot more kids, this environment is not kid friendly. The residents don't follow the management policies. It's like when they post them the tenants do the exact opposite of what it says. They don't clean up after there dogs, the people are rude. Beer cans and cigarette butts are everywhere. Late at night people are drunk and belligerent and argue out in the open. The maintenance is good, but things are still always leaking and rusting. My window seal is rusted, hollow and just horrid to look at. The tenants are not considerate of others, the laundry room is filthy at times, and dog hair is the the dryer trays that they don't empty even thought the rules enforce it. Management, i haven't had a problem with. but other then that, you have to have a certain personality to live at the Roosevelt. if you are artsy, and young this place is for you, if your older, have kids, and like modern looking environment, then don't move in here.
