I am not a tenant at the Roosevelt Lofts, but I toured them as a potential tenant and that was enough to send me running in the opposite direction. The office staff are nice, but that doesn't make them good at their jobs unfortunately. First of all, this place (specifically the main school building) reeked of marijuana and mold when I toured it to the point that it was almost unbearable. Calling some of these units "lofts" is really pushing it. There was aluminum foil on some of windows' seams and the hallways were just dirty.

By all means go and visit the Roosevelt, but you'll probably see for yourself that this isn't a place you want to live.
