I am a current resident and lived here for about 14 months. The manager is a bigot and absolutely irresponsible. There is always dog ---- on the stairways and they never care about cleaning it up when brought to their attention. Since couple of months, I see cocroaches all over my building. The management has not done a damn thing yet. The manager is not only a failure when it comes to maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, she is arrongant and a bigot in my opinion. When I complained once, she told me to go find a condominium. I am considering moving out before my lease expires. I recently found out that one of the people living next door was a convicted criminal. If you are lucky to read this, don't make a mistake. Do not sign a lease if cleanliness, respect and safety matters to you.
