The office staff are nice before you lease and COMPLETELY change after you sign up. They talk to you like you are wasting thier time and always hang up the phone before you've finished speaking. They know nothing about customer service once you are a resident.
Dont be fooled by how friendly thay are at first; it just to get you to sign the dotted line. They talk to the current residents like CRAP. Really unpleasent people to deal with.
The facilities are alright, there is a bug problem. It's not as severe as some places though. Lots of drug dealers on the property also, so that's another thing to watch out for. I've heard gun shots on more than one occassion.
