I lived at Rutherford Glen from 8-06 to 8-07 with a roommate. My roommate and I had a falling out and I wanted to get out of my lease. I tried everything to get out of my lease I was even willing to pay the $2000 the break my lease but management specifically -----, the property manager still would not let me leave coming up with every excuse in the book none of them legite.
I have never met a more rude, unprofessional and inpolite person in all my life until I met -----. I had never caused any problems, paid my rent on time all the time and was always polite to all the leasing agents and even to ----- when she was RUDE to me. -----'s attitude towards me through this process was unbelievable.
I considered (for a split second) moving into a 1 bedroom at RG when my lease was up, but quickly decided against it when ----- once again had the worse attitude towards me while trying to obtain a 1 bedroom at a competor's rate and also when it was time to give my 60 day notice to leave the current lease.
As far as the other leasing agents everyone was descent, most of the time. ------ had an attitude with me after I left when I called to find out what the last water bill amount was during my lease term. ------ refused to tell me because she said I did not live there anymore, but yet it was MY water bill during my lease with RG; did not make any sense at all.
Rona was always pleasant and polite to me even though there was a handful of times I could tell she was a little aggrevated, but I don't blame her. Rona was never biast during my situation when I was trying to move out, she was always helpful, returnded calls and followed up with me. Rona did the same thing though regarding my water bill, she would not give me the balance either citing the same reason that ------ did. I chaulked it up to unprofessionalism.
Regarding noise...never had complaints from other neighbors in my unit.
My last complaint would be the parking. THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH. Other residents would park all CRAZY and not in between the white lines. I have so...many extra dents in my cars because of this. I swear the parking spaces are smaller then a standard parking space at a grocery store.
I would not reccomend this property to anyone. Unless you don't mind dealing with the rudest person in the world, ----- and a few unprofessional unrealistic leasing agents.
