recently applied to become a resident at Rudeherford Glen. I went through all of the necessary paperwork and was approved. I paid my application fees and deposits, later to be told that I was NOT approved because of employment verification ( Although I provided check stubs up to date etc. )So, while I'm NOT understanding what is really going on, I ask for my deposit back. Well when I called the office, This really rude young lady tells me that she can't help me. So I call back and speak to the person I initially signed the paperwork with, She tells me on three different occasions that I can't come in to pick up my deposit because, 1) the Manager has the money locked in a safe. 2) She is going to be off the next day and won't leave it. 3) The Manager was in a car accident. So now...I just show up to pick up the money and am told that I can not, because it's policy that all money has to be retrieved within 72 hours. And tells me- YOU NEED TO BE MORE CAREFUL ABOUT WHO YOU TRUST!!!!!!!! What kind of crap is that! She then proceeds to tell me that The girl I dealt with was FIRED and they don't have a safe- No money is kept on the premises. I ask was it for STEALING'''' She smirks and tells me Sorry! She then asks after reviewing the paperwork, If she could place me in an apartment because everything checked out- I informed her that I wouldn't trust them and wouldn't live there if I were parked in my vehicle living under 85!!!! Don't trust them!
