Well now we have break ins because the gates are always broken, and definitely over the weekend, does anyone work on call anymore' You are paying for a "gated community" but not getting it! I'm starting to deduct a daily fee off of the rent for breech of contract. You can't advertise a "gated community" and then not provide one.
The office staff are nice, but utterly useless and riddled with corporate non sense of reasons they can't get anything done.
On another note, there are no speed bumps here. If you have kids, they will get run over and smashed like peas. I see speeds of at least 60mph every day. Classic lawlessness of Atlanta and the "I'm always right, so get out of my way" type of thinking.
So to sum it up: Just another useless corporation that takes your money and provides no service what so ever. Go and short their stock MAA is the ticker, it just got an analyst downgrade anyway, hmmmmmm wonder why ' 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
