I moved to Savannah Midtown last year because the complex was beautiful, the apartment was everything I was looking for, and the location was excellent. Who knew I was walking into a nightmare from he!!. The fire alarm went off the first night, which I thought was just a mere coincidence. I soon found out that the fire alarms go off at least twice a week, making it hard to determine if something is really on fire or an idiot pulled it for the he!! of it. As a matter of fact, it went off two nights ago. I must say that the complex is at its quietest during the week, but the weekend is a different story. I have come home to men pi$$ing in the parking deck, broken glass in the elevator lobbies, vomit everywhere, and if you collected all the beer bottles on the property, you could put Samuel Adams out of business. I don't know if college students occupy most of the complex, but with all the crap that goes on, you'd think you were living in a frat house. After every weekend, something has to be repaired on the property. I pay too much money a month to feel like I'm staying a college dormitory. If you're considering this complex, my advice to you is to keep searching.
