As to Lincoln's reponse, "that anyone could post"-ask yourself this-who would waste their valuable time make-believing that they lived in this complex' Also, note the specific mention of names of the apt staff.and descriptions of the property. Don't be misled by thier conspriacy theories__ its just another attempt to weasel out of good customer service.

REVIEW:
At first it seemed like a nice apartment- but we moved out b/c of the following;

The gate was always open. We?d order out and the delivery guy would somehow make it to our door without contacting us-i.e. anybody could just walk in. And this happened no less than 20 times.

Cars were constantly being broken into-and then we?d get this letter from management that blamed the residents "don?t leave valuables in your car," "don?t leave your car unlocked" and then they?d remind us that they weren?t "responsible for the damage from theft."

Their office staff will never validate a concern-they will always turn it around to make it your fault. They once took a delivery from Fed EX of legal documents and then delivered them to the wrong apartmente-and then when i called and very nicely explained my concerns- explained that "well, you weren?t home."

How they?ve survived without taking ownership of their shortcomings is beyond me. I know its not easy to keep those gates working etc-but don?t try to blame your customers.

Tabitha in the fron office rocked-always professional and courteous. Angel was just the opposite a few times. She?s very ?big for her britches.? The best was when she told me (an attorney) that when we moved in we signed an agreement that said "waived any liability" the the apt complex might have. Which, for those of you reading, is not true -and could very well subject the apt. complex to puntive damages. Make sure to tell your lawyer-also this could be used to allow an extension if the statute of limitations has run(it?d be a long shot-but maybe).

But, the number one reason we moved out-is b/c they came in our apartment while we lived there WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. And not that we had anything to hide-it just got on my nerves. A girl needs to feel that she can leave her unmentionables on the bathroom floor without thinking some stranger is going to come in.

The gist of my rant- YOU CAN GET A BETTER DEAL WITH A COMPLEX THAT TREATS YOU LIKE A ADULT. ATLANTA APTS ARE DESPERATE RIGHT NOW-DON?T BUT UP WITH B/S YOU DON?T HAVE TO.
