You either must work at Savannah Midtown. Whoever you are, people are moving out and buying houses.

Savannah Midtown seems to have all the amenities that an apartment searcher is looking for, but overall (and objectively speaking), there are some problems with it.

First, you don?t get what you pay for. The security gate is often broken and it is no coincidence that cars get broken into when the gate is not working. I?ve lived here for almost one year, and the gate has been broken more than 10 times - sometimes for 3 days. Management likes to act like it?s our fault that cars get broken into, but in reality - it is because of their failure to remedy the problem, that tenants are subject to break-ins and who knows what else.

Second, that?s right - when you order food, the delivery man always just knocks on your door and manages to get in without being buzzed in. That?s pretty scary.

Third, it is a college dormitory. If you live in a courtyard apartment, you can always hear people playing music or hanging out on their decks making noises during the weeknights. I always hear the bass playing of my neighbor who lived in the apartment below me. You can feel the vibrations.

Fifth, the appliances seem nice, but the oven doesn?t work. Your energy bill can be quite expensive. The oven thermometer is completely wrong. Moreover, the there is always mold growing on the window sills. You have to wipe it down often so that you won?t be responsible for any damage. It?s an inconvenience and unreasonable.

Sixth, it?s true about the narrow alley you have to drive into in order to get into the garage. You don?t really see it on the tour, but check it out.

Yes, there is a basketball court. yipee. yes, there is a very small pool. yipee. would you want to be swimming in that pool after college students have been making out in it and probably pissing in it'

You can get much more for your money. Stay away. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
