Nice in appearance, but that is about it

I moved here for the location, but I quickly realized I made a mistake. The fire alarm goes off every week. Usually 3 to 5 times and usually at 3AM. The wall and floor insulation is so poor that I can hear every work that my neighbors are saying. I really felt like I was in the room with them. This made privacy nonexistant. There were numerous armed car jackings in the parking deck. For the amount of rent they are charging you would think this is a 5 star apartment. Not the case. Stay away!!!
