I just moved in and am sorry that I did not check this site first. First of all, I love the actual apartment. I have a 1BR/1BA for $875/mo and it is huge. All the appliances are new and the black appliances on the cherry finish is beautiful. The roof top amenities are great too, its actually what sold me on this place. Anita in the office has been super nice and helpful.

Now for the bad. On the day that I moved in there was a shot up black SUV in the resident parking garage. I mean visible bullet holes with the windows shattered. That entire weekend, people were blaring there music until early in the morning. Since then, I haven't heard loud music, but the fire alarm has gone off and makes the most piercing sound I've every heard.

I know that there has been a recent management change so I'm hopeful that some of the problems mentioned before will resolve. I haven't seen any thuggish types thus far and there is a security office posted outside the gate at night. There are a lot of homeless in this part of midtown, but no issues to report as of now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will be positive experience and update later.
