#1 complaint--Angel, the manager is very snobbish to the point of
arguing with you.
#2 complaint-very narrow parking spaces and the drive behind Publix
to the deck is often blocked, its hard getting onto North from the driveway.
#3 complaint-as mentioned in several other reviews the insulation
here is awful, you can hear your neighbors every move.
#4 complaint-Had ants once on a 3rd floor apartment''' Management
promised exterminators would be there for 3 nights in a row until I got
very angry and they finally showed up.
#5 complaint-some very shady seeming people live and visit this
complex. All the time. Numerous car break-ins.

Now for the good:
Great central location. The faux-hardwood floor in my apartment
was very nice, as were the black appliances and the built in computer
desk.
Trash pickup at your door twice a week-though you do pay for it.
The basketball/tennis courts on the roof are fantastic!
4 months prorated free rent brings the monthly rent to realistic
levels.
The night guard at the gate seems to have alleviated much of the
crime.
The courtyards are beautifully landscaped.
