Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2003-01-01

As posted by numerous other residents...this place is awful. Don't get me wrong, the apartments are nice on the inside, but the insulation in the floors and walls in nonexistent. Crime is everywhere. Management is poor. Rent is high. Honestly this is the worst place I have lived in ATL. Midtown living can be great, just not here.
