We lived here for a year now. We have a 765 sqft apt, and love it. We are looking to buy a place now and want one just like our apt.
The layout is great - bathroom is very big, tile etc. The kitchen is adequate. The balcony is sizable, secure, and safe. The area is the border between good and bad areas, so you should be careful, but we've never had an issue. We've never seen any non-residents on the property (vagrants etc.) The rooftop is great, tennis and basketball are awesome. We aren't sure how to get the court lights on at night, but that's the only issue. MGT has been adequate. We will miss this place and have made great memories here.
