Savannah Midtown is a very noisy place to live. There is never enough hot water. They have great garden tubs but the water heaters in the apartments are not big enough to even fill the tub up with hot water. I have not had a good nights sleep since I moved in. Office staff: The Leasing staff is great. Management is always to busy and the property manager is never around. The fitness center is falling apart water damage all over inside ceiling and equipment never works. At this time the cardio machines are not working there is just one treadmill working at this time. And three machines have been removed. Please take my advice and find somewhere else to move to.
