Dont forget the mountains of dog crap on the walkways and in the grass, not to mention the dog urine on the stairs and the lask of secure parking. Did you know that when i first moved in, I saw a vagrant taking a crap in the visitor parking?? He was ducking down at my friends car crapping on the ground!! It sat there until it dried up and blew away...no one cleaned it up! And no, I was not about too! I pay rent for that! |
