This is the WORST place I have ever lived in, by far. The fire alarms go off at all hours of the day... and is there a real fire' NO. What is sad is that one day there will probably be a fire for real and no one will evacuate due to the all the previous false ones! And when i say all hours of a day... I mean that. Oh- and it could definitely go off several times in one day also.

The management is HORRIBLE!!! They could care less about any of your problems or concerns. They are in the business to make money and that is it. I bet that if some of the management staff actually lived here, that most of these problems would be fixed, if not all of them. The queens in the office wouldn't want to put up with what the lowly residents have to on a daily basis. And God forbid that the staff actually walk the property daily to check up on problems and issues that are all over this complex... Also, don't forget how they will try to make you feel like you are the only one that ever complains or has a problem... in the mean time when you are chatting with some of the other residents, you'll find out that you definitely aren't the only one.

And forget about even using any of the facilities on the roof.. Those "pools" are just filthy. There is no telling what goes on in them. The basketball court is infested with the little project kids from down the street, especially on the weekends. Do these kids pay rent here'' The gym is a joke. It's small and the equipment could use some upgrading. It's definitely not state-of-the-art by any means.

ALso, don't be surprised if you come upon a homeless person or two just "sleeping" in a hallway or even the gym. Sleeping is code for scouting out...

Security is useless... Half the time they will be hanging out in their personal vehicle sleeping or taking on the phone. Or they might even be hanging out in the gym sitting on one of the crappy machines watching television. I've seen that. And then people wonder why they see feces in the parking garage or why their car is getting broken into. Hmm.

Do not rent here. And honestly, the malfunctioning of the fire alarms should be enough for you not to want to live here. That is a MAJOR safety hazard. Especially to your life!!

To pay almost $1000 is ridiculous for this crime ridden hole. I love the wonders of word of mouth... none of my friends will ever rent here... and none of their friends will... and so on. Of course it's not like Savannah Midtown cares who they bring in... as long as they are bringing in that money. Do they even do criminal background checks'

If you've seen the security guards watching TV in the gym you should definitely write a letter to the office. I'm not sure if they would take action, but you should definitely put it in writing to them.
