I have been a resident at Savannah Midtown for over 2 years, in 3 different apartments. The first was incredible. this was a luxury apartment and we were treated like clients. The second apartment I moved into with a friend was on the top floor and was designed poorly and was never able to get cooled. We complained repeatedly and even offered to buy a window into to cool our apartment. Nothing was ever accomplished. There were numerous other problems in that apartment but all were tolerable.
In the 3rd apartment, under this new management, my toilet, in a one bedroom apartment, has been clogged weekly. I have aslkd them to look into why, but absolutely noting has been done. The past 4 times a complaint was filed, it took over night on 2 and 6 hours on the last to get anybody out here to fix our problem.

The office just treats customers like the enemy. they put out blanket notes to the entire complexwhenever one person breaks a rule.
There are break ins every couple months.
over all this place is the worst place I have ever lived.
