This is the worst place I've ever rented. There is a lot of issues including theft, dirty halls, lack of attention to the small things which become large and safty is a major issue. I moving in and was lied to concerning the apartment and it was never fixed. The noice is awful. This was just a bad experience and I hope they correct the issue. The rental price does not justify the services you receive.

Do you know where we can live in downtown Atlanta and not have a noise problem? If you do, then you should have moved there. Atlanta is annualy ranked as one of the most danerous cities in the United States. Bearing that in mind, apartment complex managers can only do so much. I see people running underneath the parking gates as cars go in and out. Is that SM's problem? If so how do they solve it? Is there a place in Atlanta where crime does not exist? We as residents are the ones who dirty the hallways. Our moms don't live here and are not responsible for cleaning up after us.
Basically what your upset about is you feel SM did not follow through with things they said when you moved in. If you didn't get it in writing then shame on you. If it is that big of a deal move out and sue SM for breach of contract. Problem is though you know you will lose!
However, I will agree that we pay a lot of money and we expect to live in bliss. Unfortunately it's not reality. I don't think we pay too much compared to prices of other places here in Midtown.

The reply on this posting is absolutely absurd. The noise problems at Savannah Midtown do not have to do with the traffic, etc. around the complex but with the thin walls that allow you to hear everyone above, beside and beneath you. The walls are so thin you can actually hear their conversations. There are plenty of places to live that are quiet in Atlanta, in fact, I live in one right now (after I got the F*%^ out of Savannah Midtown).
People may run under the gates, but maybe Savannah Midtown should fix the gates immediately when they break. They don't.
The halls are messy because SM tells you to put your trash out there for pick up, and then doesn't pick it up! That is their fault.
The response poster is obviously an employee of SM who is fearful of losing their job. Do not listen to their excuses.
