If you want to have your car broken into, ------ management who focus on what they can not do for you rather than what they can, horrible maintenance, unsecured building, and make believe courtesy officer. This place is for you.

I have lived in this building for eight months and hate it. The rent is not worth the value. The finishes are extremely cheap along with the uneducated individuals that run the office. My car was broken into in the secured garage. There is nothing secured about this property. You can be up in the gym at night and see homeless people walking around. You better not confront them because you may get shot!

I suggest that you live in College Park before living in this location!

We have to get market surveys from them (I work at a nearby apt complex) and although I'm not sure of the woman's full name, because she was unable to enunciate clearly (I believe her name ended in "eshia" or something of that nature), she was astoundingly rude to me on the phone. She seemed extremely miserable to be doing the job she should be thankful for. This is a wonderful industry. She makes my stomach turn, knowing that I have to speak to her on the phone....I can't imagine having to deal with her in person, as these poor residents do.

I believe that comment about the womans name ending in "eshia" or something of that nature was quite distasteful. It sounds to me like your bigotry may be gettin in the way of your judgement.

well, i'm no bigot and i avoid eshia at all cost. she is the most unpleasant person at this place, and she brings her son to the complex so he can skateboard on the loud brick street...sometimes til midnight or later. i always wait for renee if i ever need to speak with someone.

Verlesha - which whom I am assuming this person is referring to - is the assistant property manager. She is polite, professional and friendly. The management office closes at 6pm, so how could her son be skateboarding on the street until midnight? This reviewer clearly has other issues, was likely evicted and is trying to slander the management team. I've lived at Savannah Midtown for over a year now and have had no such problems with management.

I think Verleacha is rude and patronizing. I don't care if she brings her son to skateboard (what an odd comment to make about someone), but I really have found her to be unhelpful and unfriendly.
