I have not experienced any of the problems others have complained about. My girlfriend and I looked at apartments all around Atlanta, and found none that offered the size and amenities that this place offered. This place has easy access to many great attractions in Atlanta, and is right down the street from MARTA. (For those complaining about the homeless and the "type" of people that hang around the area, DON'T LIVE IN THE CITY!!!!) I find my apartment to be very quite, the staff has always been very friendly, and this apartment has the fastest maintenance response time of any apartment I have ever lived in. The view from the roof is amazing, and I have never had issues with anyone playing basketball. All my friends are extremely jealous of my place, and a few are considering moving in when their current leases expire.

Yeah I thought all of that too until 5 months after I signed the lease, someone kicked in my door and stole all my stuff.
