I am a resident at Savannah Midtown. Although I still don't know the city well, I'd gladly move to another area. The stench of rotting garbage as you enter the first interlock is beyond horrible. I had weekend guests twice and I was so embarrased when they held their nose to enter the interlock from the parking garage. My embarrassemnt only multiplied when we rounded the corner to the interlock and saw the piles of rodent feces in the corners and up the hallway. I have notified the management for 1 1/2 months about the problem and nothing has been done. I must constantly sweep the hall outside my area, and bleach my floor from the feces coming in when the door is opened. I have taken pictures of the area and am going to notify the health department for assistance.

The unsavory characters at the "dipping pool" have thrarted any attempts by me to return there. The two men that were there last time were so dirty, long pants on, dirty underwear exposed, and white, soiled(at one time white) socks laying on the cement. I'd have less chance of catching a disease if I swam in my toilet.
