Everybody complaining on here is soft...you live in a big city, what were you expecting...no crime, no smells, no noise...move to the burbs if you don't want these things. The place is fine, lived there for more than 2 years and I've never had any issues....close to Publix, Walgreens, Midtown Tavern, Dry Cleaners, and Peidmont Park - $6 cab drive to the Highlands. All seems pretty good to me, not sure what these people are complaining about.
