I have lived here for a couple of years because the location is great and the floorplans are livable. Most of my problems stem from the staff on the premises. These are some of the rudest and uneducated individuals I have ever had to deal with. You feel like you are at the DMV when you need something done. The property is not well kept. I've passed the same pieces of trash for the last 3 months on my way to my apt. The doors are always broke so anyone can roam the premises. The camera at the gate for you to view who is buzzing you has been broke for about 6 or 7 months now. The staff doesnt notify you of all break-ins and when they do it is a week late. If it wasnt for the incompetent staff I would probably recommend this spot but there are so many more properties in this area that i would say to keep driving when you see the sign.
