I have endured this place for 11 months. The property is dirty, common areas are tired and run down, and there is NO security. I am embarrassed to have any friends come to my home because of the filthy walls, floors, and elevator vestibules. The small little wading pool deck was used by street folk to bathe, and wash their clothes, due to the fact that anyone who wants to gain access to this building can do so with no problem. I say 'was', because the pool is now closed down, because of a Health Department inspection. A notice was posted that the tiny little pool deck was closed due to a 'faulty drain' issue....NICE TRY! I have had my car broken into twice, and now STOLEN right out the the parking deck!! The police officer that issued my report said this was the highest crime ridden complex on the beat. He said that he doubts that the so-called "security cameras" even operate. I recently moved from urban downtown DC, after ten years, and never encountered this kind of crime. I AM GETTING OUT OF HERE AS SOON AS I CAN!
