I have been here almost a year and although VERY convient SO NOT WORTH THE DRAMA. I have seen cars vandalized, stolen and busted windows on a regular at this place. There are ALWAYS homeless and beggars hanging around. Its VERY NOISY and there is NO SECURITY...I have tried NUMEROUS times to find the attendant but it NEVER fails that there is NEVER anyone around. There are ONLY 2 CAMERAS in the entire facility and the staff is very, very deceptive and uninformative! They break into the apartments on a regular basis and the gates NEVER WORK. The entrance and exits are tight and parking is even worse, I have seen cars literaly banged up from JUST PARKING. The pool was not open most of the summer and the roof top although a GREAT view is not welcoming at all. The gym on the roof has ALL GLASS considering...its EXTREMELY HOT IN there in the day time. I DONT RECOMMEND...it takes a few days for repairs to be made and alarms go off in the apartments at all times of the night along with the downtown noises of helicopters, ambulances, fire trucks and traffic. I dont recommend even if for just the money considering that your safety is EXTREMELY in JEOPARDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
