Savannah at Park Place

I love Building 6 From: jimmy@digitalguardian.net Date posted: 2/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I moved into Savannah in mid November. A friend of mine who lives here recommended it to me an it was on the list of 6 different apartment complexes I visited. Obviously the salesmanship of the staff, any staff, will make it seem a bit more than what it is, thats their job. But since I have moved in I have had no issues. I am on the 4th floor of Building 6 and have had no water pressure issues. As far as timliness of response, I can't answer as I have had no issues to complain about. The apartments are also built in such a way as to mitigate noise. The only noise I hear from neighbors comes from outside the windows. I have yet to hear any noise comming from neighbors on opposite walls. Highrise Apartment living can never compare to having your own house, but the tracklighting, ceramic tile, an all around beautiful floorplan makes Savannah@Parkplace the nicest Apartment I have ever lived in. -Jimmy jimmy@digitalguardian.net
