Savannah at Park Place

Good amenities for the price... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/31/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I have lived at Savannah for about nine months. I have been through three seasons and two management companies, so I think I can write an accurate review now. I was thinking about trying to move inside the perimeter once my lease is up, but after looking at the available options, I think will probably stay put. At Savannah, I honestly feel that I am getting my money's worth from my monthly rent. Great perimeter location, covered parking, valet trash service and a washer and dryer in my apartment...can't beat it. Unfortunately, I was one of the unlucky tenants whose car was broken in to last December. But, judging by other reviews that could happen at almost any complex in Atlanta. I have friends that live in several different apartment complexes in the city and mine is the nicest BY FAR!! They are dealing with monthly theft rings, bugs galore, trash on the grounds and unbelievable noise from shady neighbors. I live on the top floor of my building and don't have any water pressure problems, although it does take a few minutes for the water to heat up and once it does it won't be hot forever. I also don't hear my neighbors at all (if it wasn't for their cars, I wouldn't believe that I have any). Oh no, maybe I am the loud one upstairs that someone else complains about! The maintenance staff is overall very helpful. The two minor requests that I have put in have been taken care of immediately. Only problem that I have seen is the few children that live here ride their bikes through the parking garage, which is not only noisy but extremely dangerous due to the way all of the tenants (including me) fly through the garage. I will definitely renew my lease at Savannah, as long as they don't raise my rent!
