Savannah at Park Place

Current Tenant From: cgoodsell68@gmail.com Date posted: 2/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have lived in Savannah at Park Place for almost 3 years now and work from home much of the time. I have to agree that the TV and Internet situation has not been the best it could be, however after pursuing it in depth I now understand why. Unfortunately a contract was signed by corporate some time ago with Bellsouth when 1.5 Mbps was a great speed. I work from home alot as a designer and use the internet constantly. I have to say that the speed has not been a big issue and has never stopped me from getting anything done. Also the cable is certainly sufficient for day to day watching, there's never been anything that I have not been able to watch. The contract does indeed expire this year and the staff have always been upfront and exact about that. They are already installing the new cabling for the high speed internet and I am told that Comcast will be coming along soon also. This community is a great deal for the location. Don't get me wrong there are newer communities close by but they are way more expensive and the apartments are considerably smaller.
