I have never encountered this experience , the office staff are always helpful and have helped me personally with many situations , refer to other reviews on here and make up your own mind.

Agree with lewis91. My wife and I lived there for 2 years and never encountered any rude behavior. I must admit that I have been kept waiting on occasion while the property managers are dealing with potential tenants (probably give priority to getting people in the door, so to speak), but they've never been rude.

I also agree with lewis91. My family loves it here and dont plan to move for a long while. Everyones nice from management to maintenance. I give it 5 thumbs up!!
