Savannah at Park Place

OMG this place is awful!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response   I chose not to rent here. The office staff was horrible. I waited in the cold and lifeless lobby for over 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me (and that only ocurred after I said something. The office staff walked by me twice. Then they went into personal conversations with each other instead of helping me. One guy was even talking about his domestic partner. I have never felt so offended as to believe that me renting an apartment from them was not important. Hello people!!!!that's why you get a paycheck. Don't you work off commission. Then this abnoxious lady rushed me and talked so fast my head was spinning. She had to be wired on something. She gave me very little motive to rent their. Instead of telling me about good things all she would say is that the community is 99% occupied ...so this and that. She didn't dscribe anything about the community. I do live in the area at another apartment. i was thinking about leaving. I was basically seeing what is out there (especially prices). I wasn't really unhappy, but rather trying to save a little cash. As soon as I mentioned where I live she went on a tangent about how AWFUL the place is. None of her accusation did anything but make her look tacky. ETHICS ANYONE'''' I just think that her and her other office staff actually write these reviews, because there is no way the same office staff that gave me information could please so many residents. They are so cheesy. They actually use this website as their number one selling technique...so RENTER BEWARE!!!!!
