This complex has drastically gone down over the last couple of years. It continues to decay, and the property management does nothing to keep it up. If an issues is reported, it is addressed months later, if at all. There are children that run around in the parking lots, stopping traffic and hitting cars with metal rods and sticks. There have been serveral robberies in the complex and the management tells the tenants just to "keep it queit". At the yearly incrementing rates that this place charges, it should be in much better shape. Even if the price looks good, stay away. This complex is a trap.
