New Management has a lot to learn

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004
 
The complex is under new management. The need to communicate better with the tenants.
Stop making excuses and trying to sound like they are doing you a favor and their lack of response is your fault.

It's my last lease with them after several years... I've had enough
