RUN AWAY FROM ALTMAN PROPERTIES.. They try to cheat you in all the ways.

Shallowford Oaks has gone to the dogs. Management is slow or unrepsonsive. There is no follow-up you have to continue to call them. Sewage backed up into several apartment and residents were without water and toilet facilities for more than 48 hours. Manager would not even open an empty apartment to allow residents a place to go to the bathroom. Resident has to press to get someone professional to clean the sewage that flooded the bathroom, spilled into the hallway. All that was offered was a carpet cleaning service. Altman Properties (owners) has been unresponsive so far. After more than 7 years on the property this is my last least with them. This new manager since July 04 is the worst yet. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM SHALLOWFORD OAKS. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID. |
